Today we had our very first Teams meeting with Katherine to start our first module as Level 5 students! After such a long break due to COVID-19 it was nice to be back albeit virtually. Due to Covid our first official lecture will be on the 6th October but until then we will be online! Katherine explained the guidance and protocols that have been put in place due to the Coronavirus pandemic. At the end of our lecture she revealed that our class would be split into two groups A and B, she notified me that I was in group B with several of my peers. This will become my bubble until we find a cure to this horrible virus. This means that our Tuesdays will be split into a morning session and an afternoon session. So our mornings sessions will be with Julia teaching millinery and our afternoon session will be with Eve. Katherine then introduced our new module and what was expected of us. Our new script is called ‘Hobson's Choice’. Our task is to design an accessory for one of the characters which could be used on set. The second element is to present a PowerPoint presentation of our creative journey. I am really excited to see where my research takes me and what accessory I make…..
